Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner In Lakewood CO

We are looking for someone to be our main cleaner for our Short Term Rental. The hours open for cleaning are 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. Guests may leave earlier in the day and you can start earlier, but we won't typically know until the day before/ day of. Sometimes the guests leave the unit very clean and other times the cleaning will take a bit longer. Because of this, we have created an agreement with our previous cleaners where they get a minimum amount of 55$ no matter how long it takes because typically each clean takes about 2 hours. The hourly rate is 25$. The length of stay varies from 1 night to 2 weeks. We are looking for someone flexible who can align their schedule / other clients to our rental house calendar. We provide the supplies. We are looking for a person who is very consistent, reliable and communicative.
