Full Time Nanny For 2 Year Old Boy

About the job

My son is 2 years old. Will be three in December. Right now he is at the daycare on base but I am looking to get him somewhere that is more one on one. He is pretty much nonverbal and is having some issues at daycare because of that. He just needs someone that can be more personable with him. He is not potty trained but has been working on it. He also doesn't really play with others but I think that's due to his speech issues. He is the sweetest little man if given the chance! Right now I am paying around $300 every two weeks and I would like to stick to that price but I am willing to negotiate a little.
