Seeking a long term nanny for our two girls! Ages 1 and 3. They are both so sweet and easy going. Our 1-year-old takes a morning nap and afternoon nap, and our 3-year-old takes one afternoon nap. My husband is fully remote and I am hybrid so one of us is typically at the house as well.
