Set Your Own Consistent Schedule | Help Needed For 2 Boys

Hello! Our family is looking for some part-time help. We have two boys, ages 2 and 4. Looking for a patient, caring nanny with previous experience. Hours would be consistent, but the schedule is flexible from the example one we posted. We would like at least a couple of days per week to allow me some downtime during the day and one day/early evening every (or every other) week for a date night. Hours per week and per day is somewhat flexible but we are looking for consistency. We also have two large cats who might ask for some extra pets :)
