Long Term Nanny Needed

Looking for a nanny for 1 3-month-old. Hours are 9am-5 p.m. Monday-Friday, with occasional additional times on weekends Start date: end of June. Long term, 1-2 years based on fit. I work from home so will be in my home office. The house is large enough you will have your own space during the day. We have a pool in our backyard so we need someone comfortable around water who can swim. We have a great walking path in front of our house so we want a nanny who will take the baby on lots of walks and take our corgi along occasionally too. During the day I will take the baby to breastfeed, so outside of nanny breaks wed like someone enthusiastic about basic household maintenance, cleaning bottles, a load of laundry, some light dishes.
