Summer Nanny For Active 5th Grader (part-time)

About the job

We are a busy family of four with two children. We are looking for a caregiver for our oldest child who is finishing 4th grade, ~20 hours a week. Both parents work from home 8-5, with occasional days in the office. Schedule can be fixed, or we can accommodate a combination of mornings and afternoons. Our son enjoys soccer, taekwondo, video games, reading, riding bikes, and playing with our cats. He is very independent and social, and could use help with practicing reading/writing/math over the summer, bike rides, trips to the park/pool, and playing games. A good fit would be someone who is able to keep up with an active child, who is sociable, kind but firm, and has a good sense of humor, clear communicators. Parking is available in front of the house. Two cats - one is friendly and comfortable with new people, the other is shy.
