We are looking for regular care for our son who is currently 15-months-old. Our son is globally developmentally delayed and has a few medical complexities, so we need someone who would be comfortable caring for a child with special needs and be able to support him in his development. We are seeking regular care and open to availability during the week and weekend. We are specifically looking to hire someone or a couple people to work as PCAs. You will work for me, but be hired and paid by a local agency as a PCA. Job Requirements/ Perks: -18+ years old -Will be background checked -Must take an easy 30 minute online course to be certified -Interest in working with my kiddo with special needs who is an absolute joy! -Flexible schedule as needed (mostly weekdays but open to other options as needed) -$19/ hour (most likely)
