Babysitter Needed For 2 Children

Hello. I am a single mom of two boys and I am looking for a couple reliable sitters that would be available for occasional babysitting on weekends and occasional evenings during the week. Possible help during the day M-Th over the summer when their current care is unavailable. The ideal person would be comfortable with providing dinner and getting kids ready for bed for evenings when I have something going on. My boys both have a lot of energy and love sports which I prefer them to engage in rather than electronics. Light housework in the form of cleaning up after meals/snacks, putting toys away (encourage the kids to do this for themselves), etc. It is a bonus if you have knowledge about child development and can lean in and redirect vs, time outs. Top priority is someone who connects with the kids and you all have fun together.
