Looking For A Flexible Babysitter For Our One Year Old

We are looking for a great babysitter for 1 child in Calabasas. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. Our work schedules are different every week, so we are looking for a few babysitters with flexibility. Our son is very easy going and happy. He loves to read, and he loves the water. He's just learned to walk, so someone who can be on their feet and quick to stop him from falling. We also have a second baby coming in August, so we'd love to find someone who is comfortable watching 2 babies eventually. Generally we need two 3 hour day shifts and one 3 hour night shift during the week.
