Nanny For 9 Month Old Baby Girl

We are looking for a part time, experienced nanny with a flexible schedule in our home for our 9-month-old daughter. We would preferably like to find someone flexible so that if a day is missed we can occasionally make it up another day of the week. Must be comfortable with nanny cams. We're looking for someone who will keep her stimulated during the day and take her outside to swing, on walks, and as she gets older on outings. We would prefer her being the only child looked after for now since she is so young. She is a very happy baby who is on a great predictable schedule but she does take a little time warming up to new people. Pay would be $14-$15/ hour paid bi-weekly with 7 calendar days a year of sick/vacation pay.
