Dear family. My name is Karina, 29 years old from Denmark. I started babysitting at the age of 15. I worked as a nanny for a family with three children for a year, before I took a year at boarding school. After high school I got a job at a nursery (6 months to 2,5 years). I worked there for 7 months, after which I went to college in the US. When I returned to DK, I got a job in a daycare (3-6 years), where I was for a little more than a year. Then I decided to study at the university where I acquired a bachelor in P.E. and a masters in the Science og Religions. Now I work as a pedagogue assistant at a daycare. I have also volunteered for a year helping kids with their homework. I love sports, ond have coached youth for many years. The past 3 years I have coached 7-12 years olds in basketball. I like teaching and seeing and helping kids develop. I'm creative, have a great imagination, love to read books (also out loud); I'm caring, present and responsible. With me there's always time to go on a treasure hunt, walks, homework, hugs, talks and understanding, baking, movie nights, and much more. I speak Danish, English and a bit of German.
