Trained, Experienced Writing Tutor in English, Sciences, and Philosophy

After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Harvard College, I have worked for two years in the Academic Writing Centre at NUI Galway, for one year at Hamilton College in New York, and for one year teaching tutorials in Philosophy at NUIG. I offer extensive individual sessions focused on reviewing prior work to identify strengths and weaknesses in writing and then provide individualized instruction to meet those needs. In addition, I have experience in teaching and creating exercises to foster discussion and participation which I incorporate into my tutoring. I have experience editing academic writing as well all the way up to the dissertation level.
