Hi there, I am on a mission to heal my body from chronic illness with the help of food: for that I need specific juices, smoothies, fruits and veggies. As I have a busy full-time job, I am looking for someone who can support me 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) when I have to be in the office and not much time to prep foods.
Help needed with:
- making juices/smoothies (I have great equipment)
- making meals from raw foods like fruits and salads or steaming veggies (e.g. potatoes)
I will provide specific guidance on exact recipes. My diet is lots of fun, I love nutrition and happy to share everything I learned about using food as medicine as well with you, if you are curious :)
I imagine someone to come by in the mornings around 8am to prep my meals for the day (1h) and then do some grocery shopping as well (30min). Shops are directly in the mall below my apartment). Exact ways of working I am happy to discuss and find a plan together how to make it work :)
I live right on top of the Frascati Shopping Centre in Blackrock. Bus Stop in front or Dart 5min away. Kitchen with Amazing Sea and Dublin Bay View.
