I have been in the care sector for ten years. I started out in elderly care which I did for 4 years and have spent the last 6 years being a support worker for adults with learning difficulties. I have dealt with many different conditions and all kinds of people. I have an nvq3 diploma which covers providing support/care for all age ranges. I feel I am patient,kind and caring I feel like I have gained lots of experience over the past ten years and would like to continue using the skills I have and continue to learn and grow with the support I provide.
