| I have over a year experience working as a support worker and a couple of years Health care Assistant in health and social care environment. I have experience of working in both inpatient and community settings with a number of different specialist teams. My experience in social care has allowed me the opportunity to work in various settings and with different client groups. The groups range from and with Learning Difficulties including Autism and other complex needs, Mental Health sufferers and the Elderly including Dementia. I am a supportive and helpful team member and very adaptable in either team or individual roles delivering high quality essential care to vulnerable people or people at risk. The job involves delivering complex care to service users and acting to safeguard them whilst being responsible and accountable for carrying out safe, person-centered, evidence-based care. I am always showing passion, professionalism and integrity while carrying out my duties. I work within agreed professional, ethical and legal frameworks and processes to maintain and improve clients/service users’ standards of living enabling them to have fulfilling lives.

| I’ve always been interested into caring for younger and elderly people , I’ve had 8 younger siblings and I’ve had to care for them for 10+ years 2 of my siblings was very high on the autistism spectrum and that has bought me to experiencing a lot of different levels children need to be cared for , I’ve also cared for other families meaning I’d have to help with housework, pick up from school, cook , help with homework , bath and put to bed . Id like to carry on with this and gain more experience.
