Special Needs Care in Snodland

| I have worked in various care roles since I was 18. More recently I have been working in a Special needs school as a Teaching Assistant, working with children with SLD and PMLD. Before this I worked with children with complex medical care needs, including offering tracheostomy and gastrostomy care. Prior to that I worked in a family run care home for Adults with Learning disabilities. I've therefore had a wide range of experience with people of different ages, abilities and lifestyles. I am empathetic, easy going but hard working.

| Special needs Teaching Assistant for 4+ years. Experience working with children and young people with different social emotional, mental health and behavioural needs. I have 3 younger sisters aging from 4-15 years old, all with autism and other challenges. I also care for a young woman some weekends with Autism and ADHD. I enjoy long walks in the park and spending evenings out with my friends for dinner or at the cinema. I can be quiet at first but once I get to know you I will come out of my shell and enjoy chatting and sharing information of day plans and activities. I am fair but firm when necessary and take pride in promoting independence and enjoying life however small or big you are!
