Special Needs Care in Rayleigh

| Hi there my name is Emma i am 46yrs & a mother of now two teenagers. We have just moved back to Rayleigh so i am looking for new clients, i have over 20 years experience in many different care settings, i have an advanced deploma in Nursery Nursing & first aid, police check certificates & working with children & Disability cards. I will also be updating on training on my training where needed

| I am a bubbly, outgoing, patient and compassionate carer, who has nearly 3 years experience working with learning difficulties, spinal injuries, quadriplegia, the management of ventilation and tracheostomies, prader willi syndrome and down syndrome. I like to encourage independence as much as I can while being supportive and patient. I am an approachable and friendly person, and I have been told that I am compatible with everybody I work with. My role as a special needs carer exceeds the job description, I go above and beyond to create an effective bond with my clients so they feel as comfortable as possible and at ease with me and to enjoy the time we spend together.
