I started off my career as a care support staff for Drive assistin with assisted living clients that had epilepsy, learning difficulties and mobility issues. This involved personal care, meal prep and transport.
I then went on to work for the mental health Charity Hafal supproting people in their mental health recovery and also working in one of their recovery homes, this involved supporting in meds taking and just talking to them about their illness and taking and supporting them in relevent meetings they wished to attend.
