| I started my self employed Home Support business in 2013 to provide a unique personal service for individuals who need help and support to remain comfortably in their own homes. I have had experience in elderly clients with dementia. I am still caring for stroke victims, clients with limited mobility and those who are disabled. I offer a variety of services from light household duties, such as dusting, hoovering and ironing, to preparing meals or doing shopping. More recently I have done personal care such as bathing and dressing clients as well as helping them take their medication. I am reliable, caring, patient, trustworthy and provide a personal service to suit the needs and requirements of the individual.

| I have worked in various social care settings for over 7 years from which I gained a broad knowledge in providing professional support to service users to enable and promote independent living and fulfilment. I am a conscientious worker and a credible team player with high degree of flexibility towards performance of my work. In the course of seeking both personal and professional development I have pursued and achieved several trainings and qualifications which include NVQ level 2 &3 in Health and Social Care with adults and young people’s settings, level 3 in medication and have recently completed a level 3 in management and team leading to facilitate my aspired role as a senior support worker. I am highly skilled in implementing Person Centered Planning starting from preparing the support plan to formulate the person centered reviews to ensure the individuals make an informed decision and also respecting and supporting their choice, wishes and aspirations. I always maintain high level of confidentiality and work within the guidelines of “valuing People” at all time.
