| I definitely can say I am a people’s person with a great sense of humour and lots of empathy and I am very likeable.. I have gained a NVQ 3 in working with children and young people. I have always been a natural with children since I was in secondary school helping my mum with my younger siblings. | I spent a year working as a Sign Language Interpreter in Singapore. I have also worked as a teacher who dealt with various children with autism. I was faced with many challenges; however, the focal point was to ensure the comfortability for each student. By focusing on each student individually to ensure they receive as much assistance, based on their specific needs, illustrating the happiness and satisfaction I felt when assisting others. I hope to work within an environment where I will be able to assist people with special needs and to enable me to further develop my skills in practical ways.

| I have always believed that teaching and training cannot be done without love. Since the beginning of my experience, I have studied and worked with thousands of students and families. I have always tried to add something more and let them force their limitations. During these years I have been faced with many problems and troubles on students lives but we overcame all with the help of parents and with correct approaches. Last 10 years of my experience I have focused on SEN students including Autism, Asperger, Learning difficulties. In the Turkish Educational system, each class has 3 SEN students at least. Year by year I became a professional in this field. From early ages to adults, all references and testimonials have always been full of appreciation. And now I'm so glad to be here and to give a service to you. | I have a BSc in Psychology from the University of Hull, where my dissertation focused largely on autism. I have 2 years experience of working within a learning disabled residential care home as a Therapeutic Residential Care Worker and Team Leader. I consider myself fortunate to use my knowledge supporting children with diagnoses of; Global-Development-Delay, ASD, ADHD, DiGeorge Syndrome, Selective Mutism, PICA and Epilepsy. My current role involves looking after some of the most vulnerable children within our society and I strive to deliver the best care possible to each of them. I have received a wealth of training to support the young people I care for. I love helping children develop and ensuring that they reach their full potential by employing a PACE approach when I work. I work well in challenging situations and handle emergencies well. I use dynamic risk assessments to minimise the risk to children. In the event of an emergency I follow procedure to the letter from administering first aid, to contacting 111 or 999 where necessary. I enjoy physical activities like playing football, swimming, walking my dogs and cycling, as well as less strenuous things such as playing scrabble, gaming, puzzles or a crossword.

I have always been passionate about working with children and have been working with them since I left school. I grew up in a big family and it was there that I learnt that I wanted to learn more about disability, having 2 uncles with learning difficulties. I am currently providing respite care for families with disabled children by providing day care for the child. Disabilities include autism, asperger's, epilepsy, ohtahara syndrome, health issues, development delay and cerebral palsy. I also have experience in PEG feeding, basic first aid and administering medication.

| I live in Arborfield and have close connections to Blackwater and surrounding areas. I have previously worked in a SLD school in Farnham which specialises in children and young adults with many physical disabilities. I also have a lot of experience with ASD, Autism, Down Syndrome alongside many medical needs and Gastronomy feeding tubes.

| I am a nursery nurse who has previous experience supporting children who have global development delay and also children who have autism. I have observed aba in practise but have not used it myself personally but I am willing to train.

| I started looking after special needs children in summer 2017 for a charity, since then I have thoroughly enjoyed working with special needs children as I find it very rewarding that I'm making somebody's day a lot better. I have experience looking after a range of special needs children but mainly autism. With my one years experience I have learnt a lot and want to continue looking after special needs children while I'm at university!

| I have been working with young children, teenagers and young adults with additional needs for the past 15yrs. I work with young people with autism spectrum conditions, both in a caring role and as a carer. I am also trained in ABA and have been an ABA Tutor for six years now. I have worked as a carer and tutor for children with severe epilepsy conditions and additional comorbidotors, including g.tube feeding. I am very happy to work on Physio, OT, SaLT programs as this is something I understand and am used to doing. Some of my loves are music, which I always try to include in my care (if appropriate), I'm happy with messy and water play and anything creative that can help my young people experience different sensations. I am also very happy taking young people out so they can experience the world and take part in activities and their interests. I have two cats of my own and I am happy to work with young people with pets and assistance animals. Overall, taking into account each individuals needs and wants, I love to try and provide the most holistic and all round complete approach to the care and support I provide. I currently work Monday, Tuesday mornings and Thursday afternoon.
