I have 6 rescue cats myself and have spent many years rescuing domestic animals and rehoming them from as far as Ibiza. I have also successfully rehabilitated many wild animals back into the wild including bats, owls, hedgehogs, ducks, geese, birds and polecats just to name a few. I have also hand-reared animals from just days old including cats and wild animals. I am happy to give simple medication if needed. Each visit lasts approximately 45 minutes for pet feeding and sitting, my £7.00 fee is for 2 pets, please add £1.00 for each further pet. | Horses: I used to have my own pony when I was around the age of 8 & have grown up with horses & ponies. Sadly I had to sell my own pony when the yard where he was kept was sold & I had nowhere else to keep him. I have been in constant contact with horses since however, as the new owners of my gran dad's farm keep horses & allow me to ride them & help take care of them. CATS: I have my own cat who is long haired & I adopted him. I have also been in the care of my neighbours cat when she has been out of town (letting the cat in/out of the house, giving food/water to the cat). DOG: I had 4 dogs when I was a child so again have grown up with these dogs (both large & small breeds). The farm I work with the horses also has 3 dogs who I walk & who wonder around the yard as I do my work with the horses. SMALL MAMMALS: I have 2 guinea pigs currently but again had many, many small mammals when I was a child (rabbits, guinea pigs, mice, gerbals & hamsters). I also take care of my neighbours rabbits when she is out of town.
