| Hello, my name is Meg and I'm a 23 year old fun, kind Animal lover. I've been lucky enough to grow up with animals throughout my life and I'm passionate about Animal rights. I've got experience with rescue dogs from Beagle crosses to German Shepherds. I've had experience dog sitting and caring for puppies, elderly dogs and cats. I also have experience in rabbits, hamsters, gerbils and fish (cold water & tropical). I'm a trusting, kind person who understands how much your furry family member means to you. I'll follow the needs of your pet and listen and follow to what you need from me. I myself have a beautiful, funny dog named Snoop who is a Daschund cross English Bull Terrier who we rescued from Dogs Trust. Unfortunately he didn't have the best start in life and is anxious with strangers and other dogs but now gets all the attention and love he deserves. As a dog owner he has taught me how to be more patient, understanding and willing to work hard to gain the love and trust he now has for me.

I regularly dog sit my boyfriend's mother's 3 dogs, usually weekend breaks every couple of months or so - 2 Jack Russells and 1 West Highland Terrier. My duties include; an hour's walk usually 2 times a day, feeding, bathing (if necessary) and general looking after and companionship so they are not lonely. I can handle any size of dog and I have gained all of this experience through years of walking and caring for friends', relatives' and neighbours' dogs of various sizes. I have a lot of knowledge on dog breeds and their temperaments due to relatives who are qualified dog groomers and friends of the family who train and groom their dogs for dog shows including Crufts. I have experience caring for and helping to train puppies including training them to sit, how to walk on a lead and prevent them from chewing slippers, sofas or clothing. Although I may not have qualifications or paid experience, I do have over 7 years of walking and caring for dogs and a life time's experience around dogs themselves.

Whether it's a planned family holiday or a weekend away, the thought of your beloved dog staying in kennels can be as distressing for you as it is for your dog. Our home boarding service provides a safe and caring home to look after your dog whilst you are away. Or perhaps your busy work and family commitments don't allow you to give your dog the exercise and stimulation it craves, then our doggy day care service could work perfectly for you. Your dog will live in our home as part of our family. They will receive at least two countryside walks per day along with plenty of playtime in our secure garden. We have divided different secure patio areas so that shy, quiet, older or just more chilled out dogs can have some peace away from those dogs who just love to be on the go all the time. Once walks and playtime have been enjoyed, dogs settle down for a well earned rest in our newly converted dog room. When batteries have been charged we head back out for another run in the countryside ensuring we return for Day Care dogs to be collected and our Home Boarders to get settled in front of the log burner for the evening.

I am experienced in talking care of small to medium sized dogs through looking after my own dog, who was a rescue dog who had many behavioural problems which through care and attention I have virtually eliminated. I would also like to get more exercise myself through walking dogs.

I have looked after dogs for the past few years and have worked in kennels as well as at home. I have also reared many puppies with my family who breed Labradors for a living. I have my own chocolate lab called Bella who loves to meet new pooches and is fun to be around! I love going out on walks and taking special care if any animals that come my way! X

Although I have never professionally cared for an animal before, I would say that owning two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels makes me more than qualified for the role. When I go home to my Mums house all responsibility of looking after the dogs falls to me. I take them out for at least an hours walk everyday, brush their fur and teeth, clip their nails and play with them (throwing a tennis ball, wrestling, tug of war, holding a bone whilst they chew it...)

Hello, I am a professional social worker who is also working to be an accredited dog trainer. I have a passion for animals and I have dogs, cats, a parrot, fish, and guinea pigs. I plan to change my career and be more focused on dog training/walking. I offer support for dog training classes in Leeds every week and attend 1:1 dog visits for issues around behaviour. I am hoping to build a client base for dog walks, dog care, etc.

I have a 12 week old puppy and I want to take the enjoyment I get out of being with him to help others that need someone to walk their dog or feed them etc. The current times are worrying and stressful, dogs make everything better.
