| Hello. I have been pet-sitting and dog walking for 21 years. Since 2009 I have been volunteering with the Dogs Trust as a dog walker and clicker trainer. During this time I was mostly dealing with larger breeds whom other volunteers found a little too difficult to handle so I am happy to look after dogs of any size! Your dogs will be walked on their own so they get my full attention and lots of playtime! I understand that each breed of dog requires different amounts of exercise so I am happy to walk your dog for up to three hours. I am also available to pet-sit any of your animals. I have professional experience in caring for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, birds, reptiles, fish and amphibians. In my personal life I have had dogs (Labrador/German shepherd mixes and a Rottweiler/Husky mix), cats ( grew up with six cats as my siblings), rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, terrapins, snakes, frogs and stick #######...## animal is too weird for me. I am currently studying online for diplomas in Animal Care, Welfare and Husbandry and Canine Care and First Aid with compass-education. She has been a challenging dog to train. But she is worth every effort and my world revolves around her. My siblings also have dogs and I sit, drop in & walk for them when needed. I love the outdoors and discovering new walks to keep things fresh and entertaining. I was working as a domiciliary carer but now I support my Grandmother most mornings and evenings. So I am available for lunchtime, afternoon and evening drop in calls even at short notice. Morning calls can be accommodated with some notice. I am very honest, sensible, trustworthy and safety conscious. My rates are £10 for first 30 minutes and £6 per additional 30 minutes, per visit. Administering medication is charged at £4 per visit.
