I have always been surrounded by the pets of family and friends and have a lot of experience at looking after them. Since settling down, I have got a Blue Merle Border Collie puppy whom I walk mornings and evenings. I am a very outdoorsy person and love being outside come rain or shine, and dog walking gives me a great excuse to get out and enjoy the local woods and trails. On my days off, I regularly take my dog on the long walks in woodlands, canals, hills and even as far away as the North Wales mountains. My puppy was 7 months when my partner and I adopted him from Dogs Trust. Being a rescue dog, he had a few "interesting" behaviours but working with him using "Positive Reward Training," we get on fine. He's still a lively boy but it means I'm quite used to handling a bouncy, enthusiastic dog, on and off the lead. With me you will be sure that your dog will have plenty of appropriate and constructive excise, be cared for by an animal lover. I am trustworthy, honest, reliable, and would give your dog the attention and care you would want for them. I do have an estate car which is dog safe. If I am travelling further than 5 miles then I am happy to do so but will have to charge a little extra to cover the fuel/time costs.

| I have a dog walking business in Pudsey called Lucky Paws ( named after my dog Lucky who sadly we lost 12 months ago. I am fully insured, dbs police checked, and council approved. My van is fully caged for safety, has a portable shower for all those dirty paws and tummies, and I always carry plenty of towels to dry off, fresh water and treats. I've grown up with dogs, cats, fish's and hamsters and I now have two doggies myself - a naughty handsome dachshund and an old lady cockerspaniel, they are my world but both have put me through the ringer over the years so don't worry if you have an older grumpier dog or a mischievous little scoundrel, I will have seen it all and appreciate every dog or cat for their own individual quirks I am a qualified dog groomer but I'd like to concentrate on dog walking and pet sitting now. However it does mean that when we get back from a walk I will happily towel your doggy down and give them a brush if you leave me one out I have 3 years experience volentering in Thailand and Greece helping rescue, give medical attention and rehabilitate dogs to be rehomed. As I mentioned previously I also have 5 years dog grooming experience and 1 year dog walking and pet sitting experience
