When I was younger my family would rescue dogs from all over the country and give them a second chance of life, as I got older I realised how rewarding this feels. I have owned and cared for any array of animals, including, dogs, cats, reptiles, small furriers, the list goes on. I also spent this summer in Cyprus volunteering with local dog shelters and dog boarding businesses. I would help with exercising the animals, grooming, feeding, and play time, I even had a few 1-1 session with a qualified dog trainer to learn basic commands and behavioural control. | I started out rescuing injured birds, hedgehogs and other wildlife as a small child which continues today. Over the years I have dog walked, dog sat and boarded for all breeds and sizes. The last 5 years up to Christmas last year, I had my own dog boarding business and also assisted various rescue centers in Cyprus, including a Cattery. | I have had an infatuation and love of animals from being around 2 years old, my father was always chasing after me as I ran to a dog or a horse as soon as I saw them. I have owned dogs for the last 22 years. My first dog being a Jack Russell rescue. Then had a Weimaraner cross rescued from the RSPCA. To my largest breed a Harlequin Great Dane. No matter what the breed or the size or the age your best friend will feel loved and safe in my care. I have previously been to dog training classes with my dogs and have a good knowledge of do's and don'ts. Having worked full time in the past leaving my now two dogs one of who is now elderly, I can understand the worry and stress at leaving your pets in the trusted hands of an individual you don't know. Any owner who requires a DBS Check I can ascertain. My hours are extremely flexible and prices to be negotiated depending on requirements.
