I have a real passion for animals and I am eager to further my education and experience in their care. I'm currently working towards a Level 3 qualification in pet sitting and dog walking. I am pet first-aid trained and DBS/CRB checked. I volunteered at an animal sanctuary near Sheffield, while I studied to gain my NCFE level 2 certificate in animal care. I mainly helped with walking challenging dogs. They were often brought to the sanctuary due to abuse and maltreatment, so I gained experience in controlling them in stressful situations. I also worked with South Yorkshire Police Dogs and their puppies. I had shifts where I attended the Police Dog Training School. I had to monitor mum and pups and look out for distinct behaviours or events. I was also responsible for feeds, teaching puppies, and administering medication. I have always been an animal lover throughout my life and always show the love and kindness to every pet I come across. I am looking to start my own business as I’m young 21 and would like to make my own achievements in life.

| I am an animal lover and experienced dog owner. I offer dog walking and small animal pet sitting in Stafford and surrounding areas. I have previously worked as a Veterinary Care Assistant and have experience of handling and caring for various pets. I will be starting a Veterinary Nursing degree in Sep 2022. I have previously volunteered at a dog training club, assisting with puppy training classes and basic obedience for dogs of all ages. I completed the Kennel Club Good Citizen Gold Award with both of my Labradors. I have experience of walking and looking after many dogs of all ages, breeds and sizes. I can provide up to 2 walks per day (min 30 mins each), however, I am very flexible and would be happy to discuss individual requirements. I only walk one dog at a time (multiple dogs from the same household can be arranged), and can also administer oral/topical medication if required. I offer a pet sitting service for small animals such as Cats, Rabbits & Guinea Pigs, visiting up to twice a day, spending at least 30 mins interacting with pets, feeding, cleaning etc.

| Hi I’m Chantelle and I’m applying for the dog walking as I’m doing a dog training course this March witch starts the 7th and I’m really looking forward to it as it’s my life log job that I want to do but I also have done animal care for 3 years.

| I have had plenty of experience and developed a lot of skills whilst working with animals. I worked at Pets at Home for just under 6 months in which my duties included cleaning out and caring for small mammals, I also assisted customers with their dogs on finding the right item for their pet. for 3 years voluntary work. I worked alongside many different types of animals from reptiles to small exotic mammals to hoof stock and domestic animals such as cats and dogs. I absolutely love dogs and have a huge passion for them. My duties and role was to train, care and feed dogs. I also cleaned out their accommodation everyday, furthermore, I took them daily for three walks. I worked with dogs nearly every week as part of my Animal Management Level 3 course. I worked with a variety of different breeds, I cared for big small and medium sized dogs.

| I have 2 years experience with a level 3 college course doing animal management, I have also got past experience with my own pets. I always arrive early or on time and specialise particularly with exotics but am trained with other animals types. I have also just had a baby so need a bit extra income on the side. | I recently have been looking after 2 dogs a husky and a Staffordshire bull terrier for a couple in Cannock, these dogs are a bit hard work but I’m always happy to help and have been able to train them to be more obedient when there owners aren’t about.

| I completed a 2 year level 3 course at college in Animal Manegement. During the course I completed over 300 hours of work experience at a pet store looking after small animals, including; hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, mice, chickens, rabbits and diffrent types of small birds. Previously, I have also had fish and hamsters as pets.
