| I own a beautiful chocolate lab and have had him for 4 years now, when Im home from university we often take care of other dogs for the day. Before we got Milo we dogsitted another chocolate lab called Rosie. This was for a few days up to a week at a time. I love all kinds of animals but I have had experience working with big dogs.

| I own a beautiful 9 year old English springer spaniel which I've had from a pup, so i am well trained on the length of time and excursion required for our beloved pooches. I already walk and with being a full time university student it would be so helpful to make a bit of money doing what i love doing most, walking. It would be lovely for my boy to have a companion on his walks too. Being new to Cardiff is so exciting I'm off exploring everywhere at any given opportunity.

Over the past two years, I have regularly dog-sat for friends and family, and gained experience grooming too, especially with double-coated breeds. I spent 5 weeks in May–June 2019 working at a sled dog kennel in northern Sweden, learning how to handle 12 enthusiastic Alaskan Huskies (and a Finnish Spitz puppy!). Feedback/ reference from M: "J stayed with us for five weeks and took perfect care of our 12 Alaskan huskies. J took care of all the dog feeding, dog food preparations, cleaned the whole kennel every day, changed straw in all the doghouses by herself. J is a true dog lover with a huge interest in huskies and dog sledding and quickly learned to handle and even go on hikes with our biggest and most intense dogs.
