ABOUT SERVICE: I have been cleaning houses and offices in Lewes for nearly 5 years. I don't abandon my duties, nor ignore messages, always reply asap, w/ solutions and enough notice for a planned absence, for what I can offer a replacement. Have good references to provide. CONDITIONS: *Mon - Fri, flexible hours. *Regular Jobs: Weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We can work out how long for. *One-off jobs, 6h Max, w/ at least 1-week notice, cash up-front. An extra fee of Deep Cleaning could be applied depending on the property condition. *One hour paid minimum for each job. *Direct debits after 2 months of being a regular client. *One hour discount for regular clients who convince neighbours to hire me. *Half of the weekly payment for any weekly cancellation with sort notice (Some exceptions can be considered) *Happy around animals. I can recommend and provide eco products for better rates and give advise on useful cleaning tools and tips for maintenance. Now, what about your terms? I am all ears.
