| I have worked as a nanny/housekeeper for over 30 years. This work has included washing, ironing and general housekeeping. I am a keen cook, I have worked in a variety of restaurants and cafes cooking and preparing meals. This work also includes cleaning and keeping the working environment spotlessly clean. I have also worked as a cleaner in a variety of homes. I am willing to run errands, do shopping, look after animals and house sit. I am hard working, reliable and flexible.

| I have over 20 years experience cleaning care homes, offices, homes and hospitals. I am reliable and efficient and have great attention to detail. I pride myself on doing the best job I can and I would never leave a home or office etc if it wasn’t finished too the highest standard. Alongside cleaning I have also done some caring for the elderly whilst working in the care homes. I enjoy getting to know people and supporting them to do what they need to do. I also enjoy the social element of this and getting to know the people I am caring for to better understand them. I have most recently received training and therefore certificates in COSHH risk assessment, the effective use of PPE, moving and handling and infection control. I have always done this type of work and have done this alongside raising 4 children which mean I have had to have good organisation and time management skills and I’m good at working to a deadline. I have worked as part of larger teams before and completely independently and I am happy to do either. I am very much self motivated and I think if a job is worth doing then it has to be done to the best of your ability and done well.

| I’ve been a self employed cleaner for 2 years cleaning holiday lets & second homes. I’m now looking for domestic cleans & second home cleans only. I take great pride in my work & attention to detail. I like my own house to always be clean & tidy and well presented & I replicate that in my work. I’m also more than happy to do duties such as your shopping. Oven cleaning is not included. I have two small children so I work around school hours. If the job is outside of Kendal I will need to factor in the cost of fuel on top of the hourly rate. Communication & honesty with my clients is essential for me to be able to do my job properly and to avoid disappointment. Please make me aware of your expectations. Also giving me an idea of the work load (is there a lot of build up in bathrooms/kitchen etc) helps me to be able to have an idea of how long it will take me to complete.
