| I care deeply for the elderly as I have witnessed much of their suffering and the blight of the diseases they have to endure. It comes naturally to me to care for them the best way that I can. I find it hugely rewarding to attend to the elderly in particular because I feel that they are so very often undervalued and forgotten about. I find interactions with the elderly heart-warming and fascinating and relish all that I can learn from them in their wisdom. I've gained much experience over the last 16 years and feel well equipped to take care of the elderly within a nursing home environment as well as within the community.

| I trained as care worker and gained my NVQ2 in 2011. I am passionate about elderly care and I believe in building a close working relationship with all of my clients. I have been self employed since February 2014. I have experience in house keeping, assisting with washing, bed baths, meal preparation, dressing, companionship, pet care and end of life care

Also, as a qualified mental health nurse I am experienced in working with clients with varying degrees of dementia. I enjoy all aspects of care, from personal care to just sitting and having a chat, both I feel are of equal importance. I’m often complimented on my cheery disposition and smile. I go the extra mile when it comes to my work and I get great satisfaction from seeing clients happy and content in their home.
