Elderly Care in Houston, Crosslee & Linwood

| I did work for a while as a carer 8 years ago, where I visited clients in their own homes. The clients had different needs , some elderly, M.S, dementia, and there was a range of services we provided. I ended my employment there because I was pregnant and it became too much. I realised that the personal care was the service I didn't feel I could continue with. 3 years later I had my last child, and focused on parenting and studied some holistic courses in Reiki, anatomy & physiology, and deep relaxation therapy. I also helped my husband working in his landscape gardening business. I have a brother with Downs Syndrome, which has given me experience in supporting additional needs, and when younger I helped at clubs he attended. I have years of experience working as a classroom assistant in primary schools, and have 2 school age children and a 19 year old, so have plenty of experience with children. I am currently almost finished studying a counselling skills course, and looking for part time work in a caring/support role with any age group. My interests centre around holistic /spiritual health, mindfulness, relaxation therapy, Reiki and being in nature.
