Elderly Care in Leigh-on-Sea

| Work for NHS currently part time in Community with complex Intervention Facilitator care. Dementia, stroke, mental health, safeguarding, falls, mobility,personal care,medication. Work with MDT teams to rehabilitate early release from hospital.

| 30 years experience in elderly social care. I have worked in both a care home environment aswell as community. I am friendly and outgoing and am very sympathetic to the many needs an individual requires. I often go above and beyond basic care and ensure my clients are happy and relaxed in my company. I also have excellent communication skills and adapt easily to most environments.

| I am currently a support worker for people with disabilities and independent living and am friendly bubbly and am used to working on my own giving various support and like meeting new people and also making a difference to peoples lives

| Since 2011, I have worked actively as a Certified Nursing Assistant as well as qualified in other healthcare performing duties. I constantly apply academic knowledge in geriatric experience to encounters of nursing home, assisted living and homecare to provide the best appropriate level of care to clients, residents and patients. I am educated and concerned about the variety of essentials that are demanded from our seniors and find myself patient with the required task that evolve from their needs. My ability to care for the aging and apply the knowledge of health and wellness to enhance quality of life has been more than a job but, more so a passionate career choice.
