We provide Housing Support for people with Learning Disability and enduring Mental Health diagnosis. The organisation was established in 2021 and regulated by CQC in 2022. We deliver Supported Living, Live in care and Domiciliary Care to adults between the age of 18 and 65 years old. We are committed to delivering a person-centred care, putting people we support at the heart of everything we do and delivering help and support when needed. My last Job was in care home based In Manchester but unfortunately I had to leave to Poland for few months to care after my mom that is why I am looking job again. Working with elder people make me very happy as I am very caring person and I love to see them smiling. I am providing personal care such as giving shower, meal preparation, companionship, medical dispense, transportation and many more.
