| My name is Judy. I from Hungary and I moved to the UK 9 years ago. I really like to live and work here in England. I am a very friendly, hard-working, reliable woman, a positive and happy person. I do my best as soon as we agree on my client’s needs and preferences. I’m happy to spend quality time with my client and I like chatting or watching TV together. I love this kind of job. I like to get to know others and help them, so this is a very rewarding position for me. I like learning people’s life experience. My strengths are that I am reliable, a hard worker, precise and trustworthy. My weakness is that I trust people very easily. I am a very self motivated person, apart from that appreciation motivates me. I have 3 years experience in live-out and in live-in care. I don’t have driving licence.

| Hi. My name's Rachael. I am 50 years old and am a fully qualified carer. I have 17 years experience in caring for the elderly. I am very passionate about caring for people and very flexible.

| I have been caring for my dad at home for the last three years. I have done cooking, cleaning, shopping etc. I have worked as part of his palliative care team and liased with GP, community nurses, hospital and hospice administering and updating meds, personal care and companionship. Wrve had a lot of laughs and shared good and bad times and lots of memories.

| Although I have not worked with the elderly before, I have worked with children for many years , so I am not new to tidying/cleaning/cooking and generally picking up after someone and looking after them. I am a very tidy person who finds it easy to tidy and clean as I go, therefore I thrive in an atmosphere that reflects this. I enjoy spending time outside, going for walks or sitting outside with a tea while enjoying the beautiful nature around us. My nan who is 85, is one of my best friends and unfortunately has dementia, I see her as often as possible as I love to spend time with her cherishing it while I can. I visit her in the home she lives in and often end up chatting to her friends while in the communal lounge. I really enjoy seeing the elderly people in her home as they seem to always have a story to tell me from their childhood or travel story from 40+ years ago, I know that I enjoy their company and can see that they also appreciate my company and enthusiasm when listening to their stories.
