| I have also cared for family members at home also liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional care, with diligence and with the welfare of the client as always in the forefront of the job. Person centred care is a must whilst adhering to safe nursing practices as per my training and practical correct experience. I have excellent communication skills, and will work accordingly to the clients needs to hopefully gain their approval and trust, with the utmost dignity and respect I have nursing and mental health support, experience with dementia experience also. Please note I’m allergic to cats, and cigarette smoke. I cannot work in these environments. I will go above and beyond to make someone’s day, I have a good sense of humour, I genuinely love delivering excellent care for people and making them smile. I’m A mum of a 19 year old and happily married:-)
