I am a first-year Medical student at the University of Manchester. My degree has allowed me to develop an excellent range of skills, including analytical, communication and organizational skills. Throughout my educational career, I have been a resilient, hard-working and self-motivated and I feel that these characteristics have helped me to become a successful tutor. From my experience of tutoring, I have developed my communication skills and have also learn to adapt my teaching methods and become more dynamic, so it suits each student better. I consider myself to be enthusiastic, engaging and effective as a tutor and would love the opportunity to help students reach their goals. I have a lot of experience tutoring different types of students in Maths and Chemistry, almost all of whom have gone on to achieve A*s in their GCSEs. I have a sound understanding of these subjects as I studied them at A level and achieved very high grades, making me a very suitable tutor.
