Received grades 8-6 in GCSE, A* for english language and A for maths. Received A*A*AA at A levels, for the subjects Chemistry, Psychology, Biology and History. Currently a medical student at a top 10 university. I have 3 years of tutoring experience. I have taught several students and they have seen success in terms of grades in a short time for example, my student improved by one grade in GCSE chemistry within a month. To ensure that the students gets the most out of my tutoring, I use an adaptive approach, to ensure that my teaching is customised and tailored only to the student. I create a tutoring plan so that all weaknesses can be targeted and strengths are maintained and enhanced. I use my own resources and give these resources to the student, these include notes, exam questions or flashcards... to ensure that my teaching is suited to both visual and audial learners. I usually start by doing a mini test to test knowledge and application skills, from there I create the study plan. To ensure knowledge is perfect, I use exam style questions. I start by going through a concept such as osmoregulation or algebraic fractions, to build the foundation and understanding, then we will move on to do practice questions from past papers
