I have done work experience in a special needs school when I was 16 years old I am currently working towards a degree in child psychology which I am in my final year of I am currently working a senco in the nursery I am working in I myself have autism so I have a good understanding on how this can make you feel and will alwyas be sentive to the situation I have got level 3 health and social care form college I am fully dbs checked as I am still working in a nursery now.
