My name is Nicola I am 20, I have been within the childcare setting from the age of 7 and I have two brothers with special needs and I would love to work with them because everybody is individual and flourishes in different ways. I want to be able to save this experience with people with children that have special needs and show them my believes and skills that I have picked up over the ages.
