I am a hard working, reliable person with excellent punctuality, attendance and experience of working with children and young people. I am equally confident working unsupervised or as part of a team. I have excellent communication skills and I am also flexible and always willing to take on new challenges. It is the best feeling in the world to know you are making a difference in people’s lives and also helping their families. I have been working with children and adults With disabilities from the age of 13 This has involved play-schemes, working in the home, working with children in local schools and experience in nurseries, working in a day centres and also working abroad as a nanny for different holiday companies and currently being a support worker for disabled young adults I have gained lots of experience, training and qualifications, which has enabled me to work more independently I also have my own transport and a clean driving license.
