Jess helped me to get couple bits in meadowhall shopping centre. I hv arthritis in the knee and I am limping. I can't walk far. Jess pushed me round in the wheelchair to get couple bits. I felt silly getting in the wheelchair and jess quickly reassured me it's ok to get in the wheelchair and let jess push me round. Glad I did as I wasn't mobile enough.. I found jess to be kind caring conscience, compassionate, patient and hv heart of gold. Jess even had time to hv a cup of tea and I felt comfortable in talking about my knee etc. I would recommend jess to anyone needing help. Jess is a credit to family, friends and most of all herself. Thank you so much jess you deserve a medal.
