I have a couple of years experience working in the care industry and have developed a compassionate approach. I work hard to get to know my clients, so I can encourage and continue promoting their independence to allow each individual to live their best lives. Working in my current job role understanding the communication needs such as sign language Makaton facial and body expressions enables each individual to express their needs and wants to avoid bad communication and any misunderstandings. Having gained so much more knowledge in this field has allowed me to have more interpersonal skill which is transferable and adaptable.
