Most of my experience stems from growing up with a family that had a a wide variety of pets: from mice and guinea pigs to large pit bulls. I've also accumulated some experience with farm animals from volunteering for the SPCA in BC and going to riding camps in the summers. My responsibilities with animals included, feeding, giving attention, bathing, cleaning the cages and for dogs, taking them out for walks. These responsibilities were shared so although I was not the owner of the animals themselves, I grew up with and learned how to take care of them. I have not attended any training schools or classes however simply love animals and am confident through my experiences with them.
