Dog walking experience: Recently before moving back to the uk I have been walking my own energetic shih tzu, woody, on a daily basis. Our walk typically range from 30mins to an hour depending on the weather, we explore different environments and parks. I have also had the opportunity to walk and care for dogs of friends a golden retriever, Rick. I was able to train Woody successfully with essential commands such as air, stay and heel. During our walks I apply these techniques to reinforce good behavior and encourage friendly interactions with other dogs. I am also able to observe dogs body language and communication signals through researches because of my keen interest. I am able to recognize signs of anxiety, fear or aggression in dogs. I pride myself on punctuality and commitment to providing consistent care.
