Each summer, I look after my aunt's British Shorthair cat. My responsibilities include feeding him, cleaning his litter tray, and of course giving him plenty of attention so he's not lonely whole they're away. I also have experience looking after a kitten (day and night) for 2 weeks in August. In September, I did several jobs looking after dogs, including a rescue dog who had separation issues when her owner went to work. I comforted her and played with her, and after just two days she had warmed up to me very well to the point where she was no longer nervous when her owner left.
