For most of my life I have had cats at home and love their company. I am really keen to start a career in Animal Care and have been to college to study Animal Management too. In 2019 I travelled abroad to Malta where I worked as a voluntary care assistant at a cat sanctuary. This sanctuary held over 300 cats and my main duties included cleaning mostly, feeding, socialising, grooming and I even had to the opportunity to administer medication when needed. I feel like having a side job caring for animals will help add to my experience whilst seeking full employment in Animal Care.
