I have always found it very easy to be personable and comfortable with all animals from a very young age. I have several pets at home and so I have had experience training and raising young dogs and small mammals like rabbits on my own. I was given the complete responsibility to care and raise two rabbits at 13 years old. I spent several weeks gaining experience in a veterinary clinic, during high school as this had been my first choice of career. I have also cared for other peoples animals, such as neighbours rabbits, cats, dogs and even horses I have helped out looking after. When I was 18 years old, I looked online to donate time to people with pets who did not have the time. This allowed me to get experience with some peoples pets such as a tortoise! In my spare time, I enjoy going for long walks, keep fit and reading. I also enjoy spending as much time as possible around my pets. They are my family members. I am currently volunteering in a High School in Livingston as a trainee teacher.
