Over 5 years of experience as an Animal Shelter Volunteer in Lithuania. My duties were cleaning dog kennels, washing all dog bowls and blankets. Walking the dogs, playing with them and caring for sick ones. Later, I started taking dogs into foster care. I gained experience in potty training, I used positive reinforcement techniques to reward good behaviour, helped both dogs learn how to act while on a walk or at a dog park. Taught dogs to do tricks. I worked as a pet shop assistant. My main responsibility was recommending and choosing the right pet food according to their needs. Through this job I gained a lot of experience in dogs and cats nutrition, different diets. I attended dog training seminars where I gained knowledge of behaviour modification techniques for dogs and gained experience teaching dogs how to perform commands.
