I started off many years ago as a room cleaner in 4 and 5 star hotels in Italy and Switzerland during the Winter and Summer season. I moved to waitress later but part of the job was always to maintain the areas clean and tidy and to train new staff and make sure they maintained the same level of standards. I then worked as a housekeeper in the city in corporate offices. Although we had cleaners, my duty was to monitor their performance, and during office hours to maintain the whole office tidy and stocked. After I was made redundant I just looked after my house and my husband for a while, and for the last 5 years I have been self employed as domestic cleaner and I have private clients as well as clients supplied by a well know cleaning agency. Attention to detail is very important to me, sometimes bordering to OCD. I enjoy cleaning. I love watching the difference when I'm finished and customer satisfaction is my satisfaction.
