Diamond Home Support provides domestic cleaning and Home Help services for the elderly and disabled. Due to budget cuts many elderly and disabled people are having to find their own domestic support. We provide this support in a friendly, caring and professional manner. All of our workers are thoroughly vetted and are chosen for their personality, ethos and attitude. They are all Enhanced DBS checked. We appreciate that loss of independence can be humiliating and frustrating, and therefore make the experience as friendly and personal as possible. All potential clients are visited in their own homes; we talk them through the service, explain how things work and answer any questions which they may have. Relatives need not be concerned that their family members will be pushed into signing up for our services at the time of the initial visit if they are unsure as to whether or not it is right for them. We respect the fact that each individual has the right to consider the pros and cons of our services before signing on the dotted line. We guarantee ongoing support and are always available to discuss any problems, issues or concerns which may arise. We will do our utmost to resolve these in the best way possible.
